The staff was exceptional and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is fantastic—situated in an area that manages to be both peaceful and lively at the same time! The train and tram stations are extremely close and convenient. ​However, the biggest drawback was the soundproofing; the room isolation is very poor, making it really exhausting for anyone who is a light or even moderate sleeper 😭😖. Additionally, the shower area was extremely small, to the point where it was difficult to move around comfortably. ​On a positive note, check-in and check-out were wonderfully fast, seamless, and hassle-free, which ended our trip on a great note! Thank you Expedia 💛

We traveled as a couple from USA. This is our favorite hotel in Istanbul and we have booked it about 4 times now (sometimes directly, sometimes through Expedia when we find a better deal). They always greet us with a smile and never forget our favorite welcome cookies. The staff is extremely kind and responsive—both at the reception and the team helping with our suitcases.It was a great pleasure for us to see Serkan again. The biggest plus for us as international guests is that he speaks excellent English, making it easy to have a friendly conversation. He is always incredibly helpful with directions and advice about the city sights. We truly hope the hotel appreciates and encourages service staff like him to keep them around. He has truly been one of the faces of the hotel over the years, and we look forward to being welcomed by him again on our future visits to the city!
