便利な立地。豪華なな朝食。アニメティ有。最良な立地。もう少しで最高のホテルに到達できるホテル。
立地といい、施設自体のコンディションの良さといい、朝食の充実度といい、四つ星ホテルに相当するサービスを提供しえるホテルだが、サービスがいまいち洗練されていないのが残念。 1、アメニティは整っているが、歯ブラシがなく、フロントまで問い合わせてもないとのこと。 2、全体的に照明が暗く、各所照明器具が壊れているところもあった。 3,サウナ自体は無料だが、付属のマッサージのスパサービスが別の会社なのか、やたらウザったい勧誘をしてくる。トルコにいるとただでさえつかれるこの商売根性。ホテルではせめてこうしたしつこいサービスからは休みたいものだ。 良かった点 1なんといっても朝食。いくら不満な点があっても十分満足できるような朝食サービス!とても豪華です。宿泊費を考えるととても良心的な朝食でした。 2立地。初めてでなく、買い物目的で来る観光客にも優しい料金設定にもかかわらず、実は旧市街のグランバザールの中心地からトラム一駅、徒歩5分の立地。とても便利な立地にあります。

The hotel rooms are very old specifically the washrooms. The hotel management scheduled maintenance work at night and the noise from maintenance drilling and cutting kept me and my sick kids awake all night prior to our flight. When i called the receptionist he refused that there work happening and when i kept calling he finally accepted that construction was going on. Terrible experience. Also the location is tough for the taxis to get in.

Stay as far away from this hotel as you possibly can. First the room. The mattresses are hard like concrete. I even switched my room and still unbelievable uncomfortable. There are no lights on the room besides the end table lamps. The room phone was not working, so you can't call the front desk. The bathrooms are moldy and the sockets ripped out of the walls. I wish I could attach the pictures I took. Then, the pool and sauna area. It's actually nice down there. The pool super cold but manageable. One evening I went to the pool and then the Turkish bath. As every time, I lay face down on the middle table relaxing. I did notice somebody walk in but didn't really pay to much attention. All of a sudden this dude starts rubbing my back. I was like woooooo hold on. Stop! I got up and this dude was completely naked with a hard on standing in front of me. I got really mad and walked outside after he told me common just one time only one time. I told the pool guys and management. Nothing was done any this guy. They seen him so why not address this. Then I switched hotels and as I'm standing outside this hotel talking to the taxi guy, talking about the price I'm putting my backpack in the car and as I'm want to put my suitcase in, he speeds off with all my money, passport everything gone!!! Please stay away from this hotel.

Immediately afterwards, both the spa team and the management tried to find out who this person was and catch him, but unfortunately we could not find him because there were many guests staying at the hotel and he might have been someone coming to the spa from outside. Apparently, he quickly left the hotel at that moment.If an incident occurs outside the hotel, unfortunately there may be nothing we can do. I feel that you have miss sold this hotel. You have listed it as a 4 star hotel with spar. I dont see a spar down stairs. The pool has broken lights. The jacuzzi doesnt work. The pool fountain is broken. The pool isnt even heated. The steam room is broken. The GYM is out of service. The hair salon isn’t in service. The Turkish bathrooms look dirty. The only thing down there that was working until today was the sauna. And now that doesn’t work any more !!

Die Lage vom Hotel ist super man konnte zu Fuß schnell vieles erreichen...Das Hotel ansich ist modern und das Personal ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und waren sauber.Das einzige was nicht in Ordnung war und uns sehr enttäuscht hat sind die Badezimmer die waren nicht sauber also man sollte vielleicht die Fugen austauschen wenn man die nicht mehr sauber bekommt und die anderen Sachen auch!!

Aucune considération envers le client, climatisation déréglée : angine. Piscine trop froide. Wifi inexistante au restaurant : ils vous en donnent le code sans prévenir que ce sera payant ! Manque deux ampoules sur trois dans la salle de bain. Une vis dépasse du plancher : blessure. Seul point positif : près du tramway et du métro.

Pretty rundown and worn hotel. Shower etc. was moldy, bed covers had cigarette burns, windows in none of our 3 windows could shut tight, so the noise was really bothersome. Highlights were the pretty helpful frontdesk staff who got us a good price for a transfer cab, and the rooftop terrace was perfect for drinks etc.

Where to start, bed too hard, quilt too heavy, pillows clumpy. The shower oh the shower, black mould everywhere, broken and missing tiles, leaking hose. The toilet bowl directly in front of the basin making the sink unusable. The shower door opened outwards which left no room to enter. What a game, I had to stand on the toilet out of the way, naked, open the shower door and enter that way. The breakfast very limited. Luckily that was it, the sevice was great and the evening restaurant was to die for. Everything we ordered was cooked and presented to perfection. Very tasty and moreish. We avoided it thinking the food elsewhere would be better yet all along the best was right upstairs.

Wat een fantastische service, gastvrij en vriendelijke mensen. Bij aankomst konden wij zelf nog een kamer kiezen en kregen drie opties. Het enige minpuntje was ons uitzicht (van ons zelf gekozen kamer). Wij kwamen laat aan dus hebben daar niet op gelet en keken op een soort binnenplaatsje/halletje. Verder echt een dikke aanrader. Ook het ontbijt was goed met een prachtig uitzicht vanuit het restaurant. Centrale ligging en met de tram ben je overal zo.

Certaine personne du personnel ne sont pas du tout accueillant. La 1er nuit, nous étions dans une chambre avec une forte odeur de moisissure dans la salle de bain + une Clim très bruyante. Après nous avons été changé de chambre. C’était mieux. Le petit-déjeuner est assez bien mais pas fou.

Hier ist meine Hotel Bewertung mit pro und kontra. Pro: - Die Lage ist sehr gut gelegen - Die Hotelzimmer sind grosszügig - Hat viele Läden in der direkten Umgebung - Tram-Station gleich 300m entfernt - Der grosse Bazar ist schnell erreicht - Schönes Terrassen Restaurant mit gutem Essen Kontra: - Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Man wird nicht mal begrüsst, geschweige denn beachtet. Helfen nicht wirklich bei Problemen. Wie es im Hotel abläuft bezüglich Spa, Pool und Frühstück muss man selber herausfinden - Die Zimmer wurden nicht mal richtig sauber gemacht vor der Übernahme. Es lag noch diverser Abfall auf dem Boden und unter dem Bett - Klimanlage wurde nicht repariert trotz Meldung, sie mache Störgeräusche - Frühstück für den Preis sehr dürftig. Vor allem muss man für Orangensaft und kleine Omeletten noch draufzahlen - Auch wenn der Hotel Name Darkhill ist, es ist gefährlich dunkel teilweise. Vor allem bei der Treppe zum Spa im U3... Fazit: Es ist vor allem fragwürdig, wie die 4 Sterne zustande gekommen sind. Es sind nämlich keine 4 Sterne wert! Beim nächsten Istanbul Aufenthalt werde ich mir ein besseres Hotel suchen.

The location of the hotel was great as i could walk to most attrections etc. The hotel itself was a different matter. It was dark in the lobby and rooms even with lights on. Aircon just did not cool the rooms down which even after telling management nothing was done. Toilet seats broken and cleaners did not even really clean. Made up bed and gave some new towels but that was it. The day of checkout the cleaner walks in at 8.30am (checkout 11.30) whilst we was asleep. When i asked her why she entered our room, she said we should have left the room by this point. Clearly no communication from management to cleaners. There was also an incident in the hotel restaurant however with this the hotel management reacted quickly and resolved. The swimming area was not hygienic at all. Overall i would not rate this a 4* but a 2* sounda more reasonable
