One of the best hotels I stayed in Turkey. Amazing staff with fantastic rooms. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay close to Taksim square. Thank you so much to the hotel staff for everything.

The property has really hygenic issues. I booked there for 2 nights and I used only as a storage for my luggage. They should burn all stuff there and renovate whole building.

Not a hotel- its a bar with upstairs B&b. The spiralling stairs is not safe. The shower head and the faucet was leaking from check-in to checkout. Not a sound proof considering the location is very busy along bars and restaurants. It need total repairs and paints.

The Lobby and bathroom are not so clean if you have language just remember you have to take lots of stairs on that street otherwise good helpful staff. Property has very poor mantinence.

Lobby was closed all day all night . No breakfast as I booked for two people . No managers or reception to welcome . Except for the handy man who was able to check me in after two hours of calls with an off site manger. Dirty smelly room with bugs. Nothing work in bathroom. My v terrible stay

İstanbulda bir kaç gün konaklamak için burayı tercih ettik ama keşke etmeseydik. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum otele girer girmez ağır bir sigara ve rutubet kokusu sizi karşılıyor odamız en üst kattaydı jakuzili odayı tutmuştuk yerler çok pisti her yer toz ve kıldı yatacağımız yatağın bütün çarşaf yorgan örtüsü yastık örtüsü kirli ve lekeliydi her yerde kıl vardı banyo aynı şekilde klozette jakuzinin içinde kıllar vardı rezaletti yani kısaca. Kaldığımız günlerde kar yağıyodu ve odanın üç farklı yerinden çatı akıyodu hizmet sıfır temizlik sıfır gerçekten rezil bir otel asla tavsiye etmiyorum sakın gitmeyin. Paranıza yazık
