Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Clean room, No drinking glasses or extra bin, only one in the bathroom. I was staying in the third floor and had to go downstairs to the shop to get the WiFi password. Sockets: I only used one as the others were very loose. Staff were friendly, cafes and tram station nearby. Better communication between staff needed. I’d stay again, but don’t think it’s worth what I paid. Safe area for a lone female traveller.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. On our first night, we discovered multiple bed bugs in our room. The hotel moved us to another room, but the problems continued. We were later woken up in the middle of the night and told that we needed to move rooms again. The most concerning part was what happened while we were away for the day. Hotel staff packed our belongings into trash bags and left them in the hallway, unsecured and unattended. We were extremely uncomfortable with our belongings being handled and left that way. Because of everything that happened, we ultimately decided to leave the hotel and pay for another place to stay. The combination of the bed bugs, repeated room changes, middle-of-the-night interruptions, and the way our belongings were handled made this a very unpleasant stay. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.
