スルタンアフメトモスクに近くて便利。ただ部屋はちょっと狭め。バスタブ付き希望だったけどシャワーのみだった。ランドリーサービスは1キロ10ユーロだった。

立地はGOOD

ブルーモスクに近く立地はGOODですが、看板がわかりづらく見つけ辛かったです。また、旧市街なので仕方ないですが、設備も古く、シャワーのお湯も出たり出なかったりしました。他に客もいないのにチェックインも時間がかかりあまり良い印象はないです。

The quality of the staff was so bad...

I asked the hotel to offer us an shuttle service from the airport by sending an e-mail to them directly.For four days,they did not answer,so I sent them an e-mail again. Then they replied,apologized,but asked me to tell the flight number even though I had already told them it.But I wrote it again. When we arrived at the airport,nobody came to pick us.So I complained about that at the reception.They excused that they did not know about that because I booked the hotel by Hotels.com. I booked the room by it,but as for the shuttle service, I asked them directly ...As I explained about that,the reception man got irritated and talked over me! Surprising....His attitude made me really unpleasant. Besides that,the hotel was next to the railway.So we could not stay calm at night and in the early morning. I think it is not necessary to book this hotel!

De standaard kamer was schoon, maar heel klein. De Elegance kamer was beter. Het personeel is heel aardig en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was lekker en gevarieerd.

Although there were problems getting into our rooms initially, and we had to spend the night in other hotels, the end result was a discounted stay, and the staff was accommodating to take care of us. The area is convenient to explore the historic city center, and was clean and comfortable. The staff were also very supportive in setting up airport transfers for us, and even made reservations at a local hammam and provided transport to that as well.

The place is close to many local attractions, muzeums, squares, parks, and winding streets with historical buildings, and Byzantine walls and ruins. Tgere are a lot of restaurants and shops here, too. Yet, many looked tourist traps to me: the quality was good, but you would get better deals, if you went farther to the north-east, or even visit the Asian part.The vicinity of the Murmur sea, seaside views, and the trail to Eminönü is another advantage. We explored the majority of those sites and attractions on foot. Daily breakfast options at the hotel were diverse and tasty under Zalifeh's supervision. The rooms are rather small, a little worn, but are cleaned daily -- sufficient to spend the night-time. Aziz's keen sense of humour kept everyone energized and in good mood. The staff are very hospitable, polite, and eager to provide assistance. Aziz and hotel manager, Elif, helped a lot in communication when the transfer company failed to arrive at the proper location.

I especially liked how convenient the Hotel was to the major sites in Istanbul. The Staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. And the view from the restaurant for dinner was incredible.

Overall I like the place-view from Terrace is amazing! Spend your evening in romantic atmosphere of charming breeze from the sea,music and good food! But rooms haven’t been renovated for long time,the standard rooms are very small,bathrooms are very cramped. The beds were very uncomfortable and small But everything compensate with nice staff,good breakfast and location-5min away from beautiful square with mosques. Hotel located in very quiet place. We might come back,but take bigger room.

Had a lovley stay here, reception staff so friendly and approachable, went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and were catered for. The location is very good, not far at all from many restaurants and amenities.

The property has a beautiful architecture, furniture and excellent location! Also, the restaurant is very nice, elegant, good food for fair price and has an amazing view! The staff are all supportive and kind! Especially the breakfast staff and very gentle Inhaim who assisted me with taxi and always works with a big smile! Unfortunately, the facilities are not very good. When I got there, my vault was broken, the air conditioner had no remote and the room was a little warm. When you open the window which couldn't be open more than 45°, the noise outside invaded the room and was not efficient enough. Also, the shower was weak, hard to fix a pleasant temperature and the stand broken. And the tv remote wasn't working and after they fix it, the sign went out and didn't come back for a couple of days. The very helpful staff sorted out a new control for the air conditioner on my 2nd night. I conclude it's a hotel with potential, but they need to be more careful with details and maintenance.

Tolles Hotel um zentral in Istanbul unterzukommen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, höflich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und für unseren dreitägigen Kurzurlaub genau richtig. Das Frühstück war lecker und alle sich in der unmittelbaren Umgebung befindenden Restaurants und Lokale waren hervorragend. Alle Leute waren immer sehr höflich und einladend zu uns. Man braucht etwa 3 Minuten zu den Moscheen und von da aus kann man mit der Straßenbahn überall hin. Diese Gegend hat selbstverständlich Touristenpreise wenn man Schoppen will also immer vergleichen und handeln nicht vergessen! In Taksim ist es ratsamer einzukaufen wenn man feste Preise bevorzugt. Dieses Hotel wird von uns wieder gebucht.

Gece 23.00 te gitmemize rağmen , oda olmadığı söylendi . Daha sonra geçiştirmelik ve görselle alakası olamayan 2 tane odamıza şükür edip geçtik . Rezervasyon onayı olduğu halde , nasıl rezervasyonumuz yok denirki . Odalar ve otel eski . Kahvaltı da öyle çok 5 yıldız olacak kahvaltı değil . Kahvaltı işte . Kimseye davet etmiyorum . İndiriminede güvenmeyin. Daha iyi oteller var bu fiyatlara . Personellerinden memnunum

Although I rank Avicenna a s a good hotel, it is not suitable for the elderly unless they are assured of a room on the ground floor as there are no lifts.
