Amazing stay – highly recommended! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless and extremely clean, with fresh linens and a very comfortable bed. Housekeeping was excellent and paid great attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, always welcoming and ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is perfect, close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, which made getting around very easy. The hotel felt safe, quiet, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were fast and smooth, which I really appreciated. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, outstanding service, top-level cleanliness, and a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

1 von 5 Sternen – Nie wieder dieses Hotel! Unser Aufenthalt war eine riesige Enttäuschung! Wir waren 4 Nächte hier, und das Zimmer wurde kein einziges Mal gereinigt – nicht einmal frische Handtücher oder geleerte Mülleimer. Im Zimmer gab es deutlich sichtbaren Schimmel, was einfach nur ekelhaft und gesundheitsschädlich ist. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern unterwegs, und trotzdem wurde nichts unternommen, obwohl wir das Problem mehrmals gemeldet haben. Das Personal hat null Interesse gezeigt – keine Reinigung, kein Zimmerwechsel, keine Entschuldigung. Dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Zumutung. Dreckig, unhygienisch und unprofessionell. Ich rate jedem dringend ab, hier zu übernachten!

Otel, Expedia’daki açıklamalara kesinlikle uymuyor. Günlük oda temizliği yapılmıyor, banyo kirli ve küf içinde, havalandırma bozuk, duşta sürekli su birikiyor. Kahvaltı son derece yetersiz ve özensiz. Personel ile otel sahibi arasında sürekli gerginlik var, bu da ortamı olumsuz etkiliyor. Sağlık ve huzur açısından kalınamayacak bir yer olduğu için otelden erken ayrıldım. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Bu yerin otel olarak faaliyet göstermesi ciddi şekilde tartışmalı; mevcut haliyle en fazla bir pansiyon düzeyinde ve ilgili kurumlarca standartlarının yeniden gözden geçirilmesinde fayda var.
