Great stay in a really convenient location! Staff were very friendly in the hotel and at the restaurant, my room was clean and comfortable, and the location can’t be beat! 2 minutes walk to Hagia Sofia and other attractions in Sultanahmet. Very safe area to walk around at any time, would highly recommend staying here!

Great location in Sultanahmet. Right next door to the Four Seasobs Hotel at a fraction of the price. Beds are comfortable, but the rooms are on the smaller side. Clean, and a good place to rest after a full day of walking at the nearby attractions

The property was so conveniently located for all the major architectural attractions. Walking distance to The Blue Mosque, Haghia Sophia Topkapi Palace Basilica Cistern and Grand Bazzar. This charming little boutique hotel, locatef the the heart of the old city. Its an easy walk to many if the important sights in this part id Istanbul. The staff was warm and friendly, especially the kind Maitress'd on the roof top menu. I only had drinks and breakfast up there, but there are lovely views of the Bosphorus. I really enjoy my stay there. Note that I was as a solo female but felt very safe there and all throughout the city. The room may be a bit too small for 2 people.

I'm so glad I picked this hotel for my family and I. I got 2 rooms and it was perfect. Rooms are small but doors to terrace open for fresh air. The staff is kind. The decor is beautiful. They check inventory when leaving so I appreciate that. They care for their property. I ate next door every day . Perfect place to stay while in istanbul I will be back

The hotel is very well located, with several restaurants nearby and a great walking route to the mosques. However, overall, the hotel was not so good. We noticed that the elevator sensors do not work, which is a serious safety issue. Some of the staff do not speak English well, making it difficult to communicate when asking for recommendations or directions. Additionally, our safe box did not work at check-out, and the staff did not know how to reset or open it, causing us to almost miss our flight — an unacceptable situation. If we return to Istanbul, we will definitely not stay here again.

I recommend!! Very good service!! The room is comfortable, very clean (cleaned every day), soft snow-white bed, very pleasant luxury-quality bedding. The bath has everything you need. At the top there is a rooftop restaurant with beautiful views of the sea and the Blue Mosque. Polite waiters, quick and professional service. Everything I tried was delicious!! At the reception they are also always happy to help you and always with a smile 😀 I would definitely choose this hotel again!! All at the highest level !!

We stayed at the Aya Sultanahmet for 4 nights. The hotel is a stone's throw away from the AyaSofya and Blue Mosque, and its rooftop restaurant boasts stunning views of both. The interior decor was classy, furnishings were new and well maintained. The staff is attentive and helpful - an issue with a beeping lock was resolved quickly. Our only complaint is that soundproofing was not good, and it was quite noisy because of sounds from neighbouring rooms, doors closing and furniture being dragged. Otherwise a great stay, and would definitely recommend.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. Ainura in the roof top restaurant was so kind & always had a smile on her face........ when i sat @ the roof top restaurant in the morning's & had my turkish coffee, looking out over the Bosphorous, Ainura would explain to me all the locations of interest that i could see before me from that amazing panoramic view. The chamber maid kept our room so clean for us..........apologies to her, as i have forgotten her name. Rimmi (from Palestine) on reception was very charming & helpful to us, as he checked us in. Bas on day reception was very helpful & friendly.... he ordered us a taxi to the airport & made us feel really welcome during our stay. Aya Sultanahmet is a little gem of a hotel in a great location with really charming staff & 1st class service

beautiful boutique hotel. great decor. bed was extremely comfortable. deluxe double room is pretty small however. enough to accommodate 1 guest, very tight with 2, especially bathroom. 3 floor rooms are right below restaurant so you will be subjected to noise (dishes, chairs creaking, music etc). if you are looking to go to bed early avoid staying at 3rd floor. also adjoining rooms have no door insulation so you will be hearing your neighbor. also rooms do not have iron/ironing boards however they do provide laundry service. hotel does not provide free breakfast which is a bit of a bummer.
