Staff very helpful. Breakfast limited and close ahead of declared time. Room bath had a terrible smell that covered all the room. Ceiling in the room remains open.

House keeping poor, (no house keeping in the last day) a lot of H&S issues, sockets coming off the wall, dangling ceiling lights, it is still poor for the price Will never stay there again Vale service was great though

Das Hotel war Mittelmässig gut... netter Personen aber ! In dieser Gegend ist etwas ruhiger als wo anders. Zum einkaufen muss man weit gehen (mit dem taxi..Taxifahren ist aber günstig)

Gut war der Empfang an der Rezeption. Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren nur körperlich anwesend. Fürchterlich war der Zustand im Bad. Undefinierbare braune Flecken unterhalb der Toilettenrolle. Schimmel in der Dusche.

Die Unterkunft war eine große Enttäuschung. Hatte nicht das Gefühl als wäre das Zimmer 20 Quadratmeter groß. Geschätzte (erdrückende) Zimmergröße ca.10-12 Quadratmeter. 👎Hierbei ist irreführend, das alle Zimmer obgleich Standard oder deluxe Zimmer mit jeweils 20 Quadratmeter ausgewiesen sind.👎 Einen Blick auf die Stadt konnte ich nicht vorfinden, hier trifft eher ein Blick auf die Baustelle zu.👎👎 Des weiteren entsprechen die abgelegten Bilder nicht dem Zimmer. Das Zimmer war dunkel, nicht geputzt und roch aus allen ecken.👎Zu dem ganzen Unglück kommt noch das es im Hotel in der Nacht sehr laut ist. Im ganzen ist das Hotel eine große Enttäuschung. Das alles war schließlich für mich ein Grund nicht länger im Hotel zu bleiben. Daraufhin hatte ich das Hotel am nächsten Tag verlassen. An der Rezeption wurde mir zugesichert das ich eine Rückerstattung erhalten werde. Später sollte sich hier auch zeigen, das ich angelogen wurde.

Hotel et chambre propre et calme Bon rapport qualité prix Le quartier est excentré de la partie touristique d'Istanbul mais il y a quelques facilités aux alentours (restaurant/malls) qu'il est possible de faire à pied. Problème au check in avec plus de 40 mn d'attente, et demande de reglement de la chambre qui avait été déjà payée. Le receptionniste était un nouveau, le reste du personnel était aimable, serviable et courtois.
