"One major complaint. The morning waitress, Nadia, was absolutely horrible. Too busy playing with her mobile device and then disappearing for over 15 minutes. We had to go into the prep area to ask for our check. The late afternoon/dinner waitress, Wendy, was phenomenal. The night time bartender was also on top of his game. The late shift supervisor, I believe her name was Paula, was also exceptional. "

"You could see a tiny sliver of the ocean. The man on the front desk was deaf and in his 80's. Very pleasant, however did not know how to operate the check in computer and needed help. The place was empty. My towel had make up on it. Not mine! The toilet handle was broken and had fecal matter on the lid--I have a photo--and I never did get hot water in the shower."

"Clean room and facility. Parking lot was for larger SUVS but that was not enforced and we had to park on street as our vehicle would not fit in parking garage. When checking in it seemed to be a bother and no apologies for lack of parking in February, hate to think what it would be like in summer. I merely asked where we could park. Never got an enjoy your stay or explanation of facilities. The checkout was polar opposite pleasant and asked about our stay and hoped we would return "

"Unfortunately our room had no heat and we had to be moved to a non oceanfront room in an alternate building. The room we were moved to was nice but I really missed the ocean front balcony. My new view was a green pool. "

"The beach view was unobstructed, and the kitchen was stock to complete the cooking of a meal. Breakfast was provided daily."
