「One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. I had made a mistake when booking dates and Colleen at your front desk was so forgiving and accommodating even though I didn’t book directly. When we went to our room it didn’t have a balcony so she very generously upgraded us to an incredible room with a beautiful view to watch the sunset. 「We stayed at the Charleston Place for our anniversary weekend and my wife’s birthday weekend with our 5 month old baby. The service was phenomenal from checking in, valet, assistance with our bags to our room, requesting of a crib, and the cleanliness of our room. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the surrounding areas. We will definitely be back to visit. I’ve already shared this stay with my parents. So hopefully they come to have an enjoyable experience. 」
