「There is nothing like living on the water - so relaxing and peaceful. Dinghy worked out well. We saw several manatee and had a dolphin show a couple days which was awesome. What you should know - you are in a bay with THIRTY other boats surrounded by mangrove bushes so you cannot see the ocean. You cannot put toilet paper in the toilet and are to take your trash to a “public” trash can. 「What you see in the pictures is exactly what we got. Everything in the aqua lodge was in like new condition. Dishes, pots and pans, glasses, flooring, furniture and window coverings and bedding, including mattresses, was all in like new condition. Very comfortable and very clean. Friendly staff. The only negative was no pool at the location. You can go to the key colony beach club. Overall was a great choice.」

「Very relaxing. We used the grill and cooked fresh seafood including some mangrove snapper and a grunt fish we caught at the marina. The locals were cool and Diane answered her phone when we had a question. We used the kayaks and even saw a manatee with her baby's. The area is great. It was a unique couple days. Maybe not for everyone, but we loved it! Ron and Justine」

「We would not stay here again. The pictures are deceiving. The boat is very old. Appears as it hasn’t been moved in years. The bathroom is teeny-tiny. Ran out of toilet paper. You have to throw your toilet paper away can not flush in the toilet. The cleaning crew was waiting at our door before our checkout time. The boat is similar to a Super 8 or Motel 6 property. 」
