満足しました
快適に過ごすことができました。住宅街にあり、静かで高台にあり、とても眺めの良いところでした。近くにスーパー、バス停、レストランもあり便利でした。町から一本海側にはたくさんのお店があり買い物も楽しみました。一ついえば、冬だったので、海岸沿いの温泉はあきらめてたのですが、館内にスパがあったのですが、自由に入れたのですが、ちょっとぬるすぎました。あんなものかみしれないのですが、日本の感覚でいたので、それは満足できませんでした。

リラックスできるアットホームなスパホテル
ホテルの人もすごく親切でかなり居心地が良かったです！食事も美味しかったので、ホテル内でプールやスパを使い、かなりゆっくりできました！また是非行きたいホテルです。

リゾートホテルとして、チエックアウトが、10時は、早すぎる。部屋は、綺麗だが、狭い。予約するなら、できるだけ上の階へ。下の部屋はレストラン、プールから丸見え。

Hotel moderno e centralissimo a piedi si può raggiungere sia Ischia Porto che Ischia Ponte. Camere pulite, bagno un po'piccolo ma essenziale l'unica pecca bagno doccia unico dispenser, buona la crema termale. Colazione eccellente una delle migliori in hitel stessa categoria, snack piscina leggermente caro, terrazza del ristorante Aragonese TOP. Personale gentilissimo. Consigliato

Hotel is a converted Palace. The facilities n rooms are exceptional! It’s beautiful. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Property location was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. valet parking available. Highly recommend this amazing hotel.

Excellent hotel with great amenities. Our room, although on the ground floor, seemed to have been renovated recently as it had a very modern feel to it (eg. open shower concept). Very comfortable bed and pillows and overall extremely spacious. Breakfast is not your typical buffet but rather you choose from a menu. It definitely did not disappoint as you can choose whatever you want without any limitation on quantity. The possibility to book the spa area for yourself for 45 min was a great plus. Rooftop bar/restaurant has a great view of the castle, so make sure to go there for at least a drink. Overall, highly recommended!

Wir haben spontan (etwa eine Woche im Voraus) den Aufenthalt gebucht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war top. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super war auch, dass man im Hotel einen Roller buchen konnte und dass man für 45 Minuten pro Tag den Wellnessbereich für sich nurzen konnte. Das Personal war auch supernett, gaben gute Empfehlungen. Sehr zufrieden!

Professionalità zero! La notte del soggiorno c’era un matrimonio e non siamo stati neppure avvisati al check-in. Terrazze bar e ristoranti dell’hotel non erano utilizzabili ma la cosa peggiore è stata la musica da discoteca fino alle tre del mattino all’esterno della stanza con gente che urlava nei corridoi. Da denuncia. La peggiore notte in un albergo mai trascorsa. Al mattino (ma anche la notte stessa) ho provato a lamentarmi e la risposta è stata: ci spiace!

Superb hotel
Just returned from the most amazing 4 night break at this hotel. Everything was perfect I’d highly recommend it. The front of house staff were so helpful giving local information. Vincente the restaurant manager and Mario the bar/pool restaurant manager were brilliant - friendly and so professional and welcoming. Our superior double room was a good size and spotlessly clean thanks to the hardworking cleaning staff, who greeted us with a smile everyday. We are about to book again for next year! Well done all at this super hotel.

bel hôtel, avec un trés bon service
hôtel très bien tenu, personnel professionnel et sympathique.les chambres avec balcon sont confortables les espaces communs sont propres et bien entretenus le roof top est tres agreeable. nous avons testé le restaurant le soir les plats sont gouteux et harmonieux, une belle expérience avec un service d'un gastronomique.et la vue superbe. le bémol est la résonance des couloirs les voix et le carrelage avec les chaussures à talons la nuit les nuisances sonores sont désagréables . la piscine est tres agréable.nous avons été au spa une seule fois le soir,il manquait la présence de quelqu'un pour nous expliquer et le hamam était trop chaud. l'emplacement est à coté d'un parc, à 2mn de l'arrêt de bus, et à 10mn a pied du château. la plage est également à 5mn à pied.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, they booked us a tour and helped us arrange transportation. We took advantage of the rooftop restaurant and bar as well as the pool, but we didn’t get the chance to utilize the spa because we had a busy schedule each day. You can easily walk to the beach as well as tons of restaurants and shops from this location. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is a 25 minute walk from the port. We wanted to see the area so we walked. It’s 10-15 minutes on the bus. It’s in ischia point in a quiet neighborhood, off the main drag but walkable to the castle, the beach and restaurants. Clean, great service, use of the spa. The breakfast choices were wonderful. I guess we paid when we booked but it was worth it, great staff, great food. Took the bus to negombo hot baths. Walked to a nearby beach. AC worked. Pool was great. Overall very nice and relaxing. Did not eat at rooftop restaurant. Did have a drink there.

Leuke nette kleinschalig hotel. Alles spik & span. De kamer voor 4 personen is helaas voor 4 personen erg krap. De bus stopt niet ver van het hotel. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was echt top! Alles vers en lekker alleen jammer dat er voor sommige items (jus, pannenkoeken) betaald moest worden. Uitzicht is fantastisch als je de juiste kamers hebt. En het balkon is ruim.

Hôtel bien situé mais bruyant
Accueil et service agréables mais chambre décevante et très bruyante. On entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans les chambres voisines, le DJ tous les soirs au restaurant lounge et surtout le rangement des tables et de la salle tard le soir. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de menu n'est franchement pas pratique, on ne sait pas exactement ce que l'on commande comme on ne voit pas ce qui est proposé et pas mal de "plats" à régler en sus, même le jus d'orange frais...

Bel hôtel avec très belle piscine. Nous avons pu profiter seuls du spa et ses installations vu que l’on doit réserver une plage horaire. Belle plage à proximité avec vue sur le château. Seuls points négatifs, il faut retourner au port pour prendre l’autobus si on veut visiter l’île, donc un bon 25-30 minutes de marche et l’air climatisé de notre chambre ne fournissait pas.

Mysigt och charmigt hotell med lugnt och bra läge
Mysigt och charmigt hotell med lugnt läge. Väldigt trevlig och service-minded personal. Frukosten beställs och serveras vid bordet och håller hög kvalitet. Priserna i poolbaren är höga, men annars toppen. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

The breakfast that was included was above and beyond. Staff attentive and extremely personable. As was all of the Hotels staff. As I walked around Ischia and viewed other venue’s For stays… this was by far the nicest

Personnel compétent, sympathique et efficace. Petit déjeuner copieux et de bonne qualité (dommage que le (grand) verre de jus d'orange frais soit facturé en extra 5€). La chambre que nous avions était un peu "biscornue", avec la tête de lit pas très loin des canalisations d'une autre chambre. Heureusement que les voisins n'ont pas pris de douche à 7h du matin ! Autre point : si vous souhaitez une chambre calme, éviter les premières chambres au rez-de-chaussée, juste à côté du lobby et de la réception (208, 209). Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre et il y avait une chambre plus calme disponible.

La struttura è posizionata in un punto strategico, puoi raggiungere Ischia Ponte in 10 minuti a piedi e Ischia Porto in 20 minuti passando per la via dello shopping. La terrazza ha una veduta mozzafiato e la hall è curata. La spa gradevole peccato per il bagno turco non agibile. La camera confort è piccola ma organizzata molto bene e dotata di un terrazzino non panoramico. Esperienza consigliatissima.
