HOUSE RULES:
1. Only consider qualified guests for 31+ days to rent the property.
2. Very quite neighborhood. All guests shall respect my neighbors. No loud party/event allowed. Small gathering less than 12 people is allowed. Clubhouse can be rented for larger party. Please contact me if need to rent the clubhouse for events.
3. $500 additional refundable deposit will be required for small family gathering.
4. Zero tolerance for any types of recreational drugs!
5. Non-smoking property. Minimum $200 penalty charge will be collected if violating this house rules.
6. Identity verification is required prior to check-in.
7. Deposit must be paid prior to check-in to avoid non-refundable cancellation.
8. Cleaning fee only covers basic cleaning/disinfect services. If extra cleaning work required/damages/complaints from neighbors occurred guests will be responsible for the cost. Minimum $1000 penalty charge.
9. The number of guests in your reservation MUST be accurate when check-in and during your stay to avoid non-refundable cancellation and extra charge.
10. Maximum people allowed in the house: 12.
11. $150 charge for missing key. $200 charge for missing garage remote. $50 charge for each missing TV remote. $100 charge for each missing curtain remote. $200 charge for missing fireplace illuminating light remote. Please make sure you put them back when checkout.
12. $20 each hour for approved early check-in and late checkout request.
13. Protecting Our Planet Starts with You! Excessive using of water and electricity are not allowed. Guests will be responsible for the utilities’ cost if exceeding average monthly billing amount.
14. All guests must comply with HOA rules to avoid violation penalty cost to owners.
Examples: Park your cars on the driveway or at permitted locations. Keep garage door fully closed except when entering or leaving.
15. $200 per month for each pet staying at the property. Any damage cost will be deducted from deposit based on repairing quote.
16. All guests should exercise caution when using stove, propane grill, fireplace, hot water, bathtub, electronic devices, knives, etc.
17. Infants, toddlers, young kids shall always be accompanied by adults. Never leave young children unsupervised.
