Our host Kevin was fantastic, he really looked after us. Very quick to respond to our questions and very knowledgeable and friendly.」

「Once we found the place and got it heated to a desirable temperature, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I personally found all the spices & sauces & cooking oils (mostly Chinese) left on the kitchen counter a little too much. The place was clean and spacious for the 4 adults and one toddler. Furniture, dishes and toys for the 2 year old was very comforting and useful. The location was also very convenient. From Kanamecho, Ikebukuro was walking distance and so much wonderful shopping...

「This is a great property that’s close to restaurants and shopping. It is about 10 min walk from JR line and about a 5 min walk from subway system. Big plus is it can sleep 6. Minus is that the dryer portion of the combined washer/dryer doesn’t work and there is only 1 chair in the unit. This unit is really designed around takeout food. Bring your own trash bags as you won’t find them here. Also limited escalator and small elevators from these train stations. Pack light and you may have to take...

「Clean House」

「施設は非常に良いです。清潔で広く、快適に利用できます。シャワールームとトイレが分かれていて◎。シャワーの水勢もしっかりで、こちらも◎。若干階段が急ですが、許容範囲です。 ただし、オーナーの方と基本連絡が取れにくいです。15時00分〜チェックイン、24時間前から同時刻までに入り方の連絡がメールで来るとのことでしたが無し。サポートからも連絡していていだきましたが、こちらも直ぐに連絡が取れず部屋に入ることができませんでした。結局連絡が来たのが16時16分。結果1時間16分待ちです。また、施設の清掃料金5,000円は当日施設でと書いてありましたが、受け渡し方法など一切無し。清掃に来られた方たちにお会いしましたが、そちらの方々も分からず。(この方たちに落ち度はないものと思います)　この件についてもオーナーに連絡しましたが、現時点(チェックアウトから8時間以上経過)でも反応がありません。施設が過ごしやすかっただけに、本当に勿体ないです。 それと、前回泊まったと思われる方々(外国人)の宿泊者カードがそのまはま置いてありました。個人情報なので扱いがこれだと不安です。」
