"Pool and hot tub were great! Breakfast was good for hotel breakfast. Made to order eggs and sausage or bacon. "

"We had a long trip and yhe kids had asked to go swimming. We were told that swimming pool was open but we discovered kids forgot to pack suits. A quick run to local store but on our return 30 min later we were told pool was closed for buffing. Lights were out in pool and night staff at desk said "thats too bad"/ no apologies for inconvenience. The snack machine is over prices, the staff was rude/crude socially unacceptable, the breakfast wad pre frozen & it tasted like it, pancakes for my kids came out rubbery looking and tasting. The pillows were old fashioned /didnt offer alot of support . Bathtub was slick which made taking a shower treacherous but the water was jot. Did i mention the night desk clerk ( long black hair) was very rude/unhelpful ."

"Clean and remodeled rooms BUT much smaller suite than I expected for $250 per night Also NO COFFE maker in the room! I had to ride down the elevators every time to the lobby for every cup! Not normal for an “upgraded 2 room suite”!"
