"Poor experience from check-in to check out. Not enough staff, rooms were not cleaned and very limited facilities. I've stayed at many other hotels this was unfortunately very poorly managed hotel. Beds were uncomfortable. Location however is convenient to city centre and airport. "

"This hotel is a newer one and nicely decorated. They don’t provide washcloths, which is something I knew to expect at many European hotels.the breakfast was good with a lot of options. My main issue was the hotel had super thick pillows. I had 6 different pillows in my room and they were all the same super thick and firm style. Thick pillows are great if you want to read in bed or are a back sleeper, but they kill your neck if you are a side or stomach sleeper. I couldn’t sleep at all the first night. For the second night I took a pillow out its case and put a towel inside it. I asked the front desk if they had any other pillows and they didn’t. It seemed like they had had some complaints from others about the thickness. All rooms have the same style. I wish hotels would add a bit of variety to the pillows or have a closet where you can swap out a pillow if it is too thick or thin. "
