El precio es justo por lo que ofrece, el personal de recepción muy atentos, nos llevaron al cuarto, 301, la habitación muy limpia, y agua tibia no caliente, había 2 jabones chiquito la antigüedad del hotel es muy notorio, el ruido de las avenidas terrible no dejo descansar 😩

Pesimo servicio y jamas volvere a hospedarme ahi, llame un dia antes para confirmar mi reservacion y tener la confianza de que todo estaba bien y me contesto un señor muy grosero el cual se nego completamente a verificar si la reservacion habia quedado, le pregunte que si las habitaciones contaban con camas matrimoniales y me dijo que no, que tenian camas individuales, por lo que me moleste ya que al momento de reservar decia claramente "cama matrimonial", le pregunte nuevamente si aparecia en el sistema mi reservacion y me dijo que no sabia, que habia que checarlo justo cuando yo llegara al lugar al dia siguiente, de hecho ni siquiera sabia que significa EXPEDIA, tuve que explicarle!!! ; llegue al dia siguiente a las 4 pm y me dijo que no habia ninguna reservacion, tuve que irme a casa de un familiar a arreglarme para la fiesta a la que asistiria y volvi a llamar para saber si ya estaba mi reservacion, a lo que me dijeron que no; me fui a la misa, a la fiesta y hasta que sali de la fiesta en la madrugada (4 am) llegue nuevamente al hotel y ya por fin se habia reflejado mi reservacion. no recomiendo en lo absoluto
