"Quite a nice quiet place but not worth anything like what they charge. There were stains on the bed covers which they came and changed straight away. Breakfast wasn't worth bothering with, hardly anything there on the continental option, we waited a while for drinks that didnt come so we gave up and left."

"We have just returned from an absolutely fabulous stay at Harkstead Hall. The house is beautiful. Spacious and has absolutely everything you need for a fun stay with friends. I went prepared with all the usual kitchen essentials but found that it was not needed. Dishwasher tablets, coffee filters, it was all there. Hope to stay here again. Perfect for our needs.
"The staff were absolutely superb. Nothing was too much trouble and they made my husband, granddaughter and dog very welcome. The Sunday morning breakfast was a bit chaotic. Very busy and the hot food was disappearing very quickly, so there was always a key item missing. The staff were doing their best though. Lots of ceiling cobwebs in the room!"
