"Clean room, nice staff, good location"

"Great location and the price. Highly recommended!"

"The room was clean and beautifuly designed, breakfast was good but not great, staff very helpful and very good location near everything. Happy to stay again."

"Royal Berk Hotel in Van is a good choice for a few nights’ stay. While you shouldn’t expect the same facilities and services as major hotel brands, it is much better than many hotels in its category. The bathroom could use some maintenance and repairs, which are mainly the owner’s responsibility. The staff are excellent and very friendly, and the rates are reasonable. Overall, it offers good value for money."

"Staff extremely helpful & professional. Spa & Sauna not functioning properly due to defective door closure. Breakfast buffet great with wide options."

"Her şeyi beğendim otoparkı dışında o yüzden konuma düşük veriyorum. "

"I stayed 6 nights in a suite room. Spacious , functional and quiet. The receptionist Nurullah was extremely kind from the time of reservation and during the stay, providing information on restaurants, taxis etc. Other staff were helpful too. You feel at home here."

"Toprak is a family hotel and well located in the center of Van , very suitable for reaching any destination and buses. The staff are very respectful and fluent in English and they are so helpful. The owner is very familiar with the area so he will suggest places that are less known . Overall I enjoyed my stay ."
