「値段が高い！ホリディアパートメントとして滞在した。チェックイン時５時を過ぎていたので駅前にある事務所がしまっており、その裏のホテルのフロントで鍵を受け取らなければならず手間取った。実際に建物がある場所は駅から徒歩１０分以上かかる。英語でのエアコンの使い方の説明がなく、事務所で受けた説明は部屋にあるものと違っていて結局使えなかった。洗濯機は無い。」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Lakeview studio during our recent stay in Switzerland. The view looking out the windows of the apartment was absolutely stunning. The apartment had a great list of amenities, the kitchen was very well stocked. Although we were surprised at the absence of a microwave oven. We are a couple of senior citizens. It was a bit of a challenge to get from the car park to the apartment building, there were three sets of stairs going from the car park into the apartment...

「Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Die Kommunikation mit Bianca und Alexander war schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir wurden mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten begrüßt, sodass das Urlaubsgefühl direkt da war!
