"Perfect for my stay for a convention! The staff was responsive and helpful, and when I encountered an error with my booking (my fault), they were incredibly understanding and proactive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. An excellent value for a room in a stellar location!"

"The room was much cleaner than I expected and in great condition. It didn’t seemed dated at all. Gigantic bed that could probably fit 4 people. Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival and helpful throughout. It also felt very safe and secure. It was also quiet within the hotel with little external noise coming in. "

"Good location for attending a show at the Convention centre. Had issues on arrival as the staff refused to let my wife check in when arriving in LA on an earlier flight than me by a few hours - seemed a bit odd as she was going to pay for the room and we have the same last name, but the room was reserved only in my name as every booking I make! When I landed hours after her, I spoke to the front desk and they reluctantly allowed her to pay and check in after she had been forced to camp out in the lobby and restaurant for a few hours! Odd, because all the interactions with front desk team after this were pleasant and they were all very lovely throughout our stay! Tito in the restaurant was a stand out friendly efficient chap who could not do enough for everyone - kudos to him for making all diners feel welcome. The Hummous was the most garlic I have ever experienced but other food we had was perfectly nice. We had a less able bodied room which meant an uber big bathroom and very spacious bedroom. Overall a great choice for Long Beach. We splashed out on a steak night at the walkable 555 restaurant next door to the property and it was stunning - best steak in a long time and very attentive in service. Would stay again, older but well cared for property. "

"I stayed in this hotel for the second time. It's easy go around and safe surroundings. I love the communal kitchen. Room is clean and well equipped with coffee pods etc. Check in is fast. My only suggestion is a full length mirror is needed in the room. "

"I enjoyed my stay. This hotel is old but has such a neat atmosphere. There is no elevator which is a pain but is understandable. The only complaint i have is that the window and screen in the kitchenette was very dirty that you couldn't really see out."
