"I hate to leave negative reviews on small business owners but think it would be terrible not to warn people about Woodhill. We used to go there years ago and I was excited to bring my adult kids there. Unfortunately the place has become extremely run down. The rooms are dirty, beds did not look too bad, but very old and small. My daughter found toothpaste and hair in her sink and the pipes nearly came of the wall when my husband tried to take a shower. "The property was nice and the staff were very pleasant. But the internet provision was useless. Non existent in the bedrooms and not great elsewhere. No good if you need to do a bit of work on the laptop, nor sending home memories of your trip."

"Good size of double room with extra single bed. Excellent view of the harbour. During the heatwave (26C) the lack of aircon was a downside. Friendly welcome from Christine on Reception. Good choice of hot or continental breakfast. The dinner was good but not great. Street parking was a little tight."
