We had to swap rooms. No elevator as this is a 2 story property. We found numerous problems. The pool is closed. There was an arcing cord to a lamp ton the TV credenza. No one had access to a working lamp, so I left it in the hall for safety reasons. It was never replaced, but no biggie. Tried to plug in a laptop near the dining table, but it wouldn't accept the plug into the outlet. Closer examination found a broken 120 "hot" side of a plug had broken inside the outlet. No one could fix it on first night, and I didn't have insulated pliers with me to yank the hot electric terminal sticking into the room. Outlet had obvious arc marks, so it had been broken for a long time. Then the lamp plug between the beds starting arcing, but it appeared to be from a worn out outlet. Next morning, shower didn't have anything but minimal hot water. Noisey for entire stay from apparent residents running and falling in the room above us. On checkout, there was a lady yelling at her friend in the parking lot through an open window. Manager left vehicle parked in a handicap spot with out tag or placard. It appears to be a flophouse along I-65. Aggravating to put kup with this crap. $30 a night should be top price for this firetrap. Stay away!!!

Our first room wasn't the best and it was on the second floor and we wanted one on the first floor. They helped out and moved us to a room on the first floor which was great. But we are very disappointed with the pool being closed. Our room was dirty and definitely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. You get what you pay for. I personally would never stay here again.

Rooms aren't cleaned daily, if you are staying more than one day. Room was rated for 4 occupants, only allowed 2 bath towels. Was asked to bring dirty towels, etc. to front desk to get clean towels. Staff not real friendly and accommodating.

Sheets stained, carpet not completely cleaned. Pool opens 10am not enough time to swim or get to swim before check out. Also closed early. Towels stain, tub looks bad. Irons didn’t work. Outlets didn’t work . Lamps didn’t work or broken before we used the room.

Awful experience. We were taken to our first room it had a horrible odor. Smelled musky or maybe even moldy. Went out talked with front desk gentleman & he had a young lady come . He said there was no other rooms available we could have refund. She said she could find something. There's no elevator so anything you book on the second floor you have to do the steps. That wasn't an option traveling with my elderly mother and my granddaughter (baby). The young lady takes us to a second room on the first floor. We quickly looked it over and told them we would be out in a minute to discuss it with them. My mom and my granddaughters went to check out the pool & where the breakfast would be served. I had to run to a store nearby I had left my belongings at. The pool was awful as well. Where large adults were playing rough splashing making the pool have waves. Freezing cold water & again not the cleanest. After my family discussed we chose to leave. We went to the front desk to tell them we would not be staying. Now the gentleman refused refund. These rooms are awful. Smell awful. Dirty. Absolutely filthy! Candy wrappers under bed. Tub stained or dirty. The entire place smells musky. I would never recommend.

We had a poor experience here. We were traveling with our young kids and specifically searched for a property with a hot tub and pool. There is no hot tub at this property, contrary to its online description. The pool is closed and based on prior views, has been closed on and off for months. The rooms were not clean. There was garbage on the bathroom floor (candy wrapper, hair tie). TV did not work. Towels were threadbare and yellow. Overall a very poorly maintained property that does not have the amenities described in online listings.

First, we arrived at 11 pm and were told that they only had one room on the first floor that was handicap-accessible, which was fine since we were tired. When we received the key and went to the room, the floor tile was pilling up, the room was not clean, and there was trash swept in between the joined doors, the bottom of the toilet was nasty, the handicap chair had nails pushed through the seat, and the bed railing was rusted out, the door had a gap so wide that if a sex traffickers wanted to get into our room they could have, also the pool area was nasty and cold and stunk, there was no hot tub as advertised, this hotel do not need any stars, and yes, I took pictures to prove everything.

Only the manager was on duty, it was a wait room didn't small clean. restroom was smelling like urine on the floor plus the tub was duty. I went to the front desk to ask for cleaning supplies to clean the restroom and tub. The tub wasn't clean enough to get in. So me and my husband didn't take a bath. We put a towel in the tub like a mat we didn't even want our feet to touch it. I was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep. We checked out early before check out time

The first room we checked into had blood splattered on the wall and the mattess protector was ripped and had nasty stains on it. The second room was a little better however the beds looked and felt like they was bought from the goodwill. The mattress protectors on those beds was also torn and very old didnt even need to unzip it to check the matress. The pool area was freezing cold. We had to wear our jackets while the kids swam

Older, dated hotel but quite clean. Breakfast options very limited with few protein options besides powdered eggs. Website should reflect there is NOT an in room safe as we had to drag a lot of cash, gifts and valuables with us all week long. Staff was great and very accommodating. EXCEPT the night auditor on Tuesday night 12/23/25. The filth and bigotry coming out of her mouth and the videos she was watching while at the front desk was repulsive. I happen to be on disability with food stamp allotment and my son is part black. I made exceptional money even for Naples, Florida standards and earned every penny of my social security. This woman ruined a positive experience and review. I owned a dental practice and I assure you she would never represent anything I was associated with. I expect some sort of response as I did not confront her but consider loudly spouting racial slurs and deeply offensive expletives from her speakerphone while guests are sitting in the lobby right in front of her not only unprofessional but extremely insulting. This needs to be addressed because many people would not bite their tongue but may become aggressive towards her behavior. Overall rating would have been a 4 but for us that experience made it a one, therefore I gave the average of the two.
