Broad Ripple Bungalo ! 1 Block from Monon and 3 Blocks to Broad Ripple Ave

Welcome to our Broad Ripple ANIMAL HOUSE! A uniquely beautifully decorated animal themed, light and bright bungalow in the heart of Broad Ripple. Our charming home is just 3 blocks to Broad Ripple Ave where you can enjoy all the area has to offer including shops, restaurants, pubs, galleries, art and more! Ride a bike, or take a stroll on the scenic open air Monon trail, just one block away! Our home is perfect for small families and couples coming to town to indulge, explore, or just relax!

Our thoughtfully designed home includes the following rooms with sleeping accommodations with memory foam mattresses in three spaces.

Master Bedroom - Relaxing space with a queen bed and a view to the back yard, with dual entry from the den and kitchen.

2nd Bedroom - Quaint and cute bedroom with a double bed and closet just off of the living room.

3rd Bedroom / Den / Office - Bright common room with twin day bed for sleeping, relaxing or reading with lots of natural light, with a desk and chair. The upstairs bathroom is accessible from this room. This room is a shared space with the upstairs bathroom off of this room.

Living Room - Lit up and inviting living space with a comfy queen fold out sofa bed.

Basement / Rec Room - Fun space with large screen TV, Darts, Board Games and a convertible queen size couch bed. This area has the 2nd bathroom with a shower and the laundry room with a washer dryer. This is the 4th room that we use for recreation. Technically it is not a bedroom as there is no egress to outside of the house.

Outdoor - Relaxing outdoor space under covered area with lights, seating, a firepit, and a BB!Q grill.

Our guests have access to the entire house and garage with the exception of our supply closet which is locked. Bikes, helmets, and bike locks are located in the garage for guest use. Please use bikes at your own risk but we advise that you use the provided helmets and follow all traffic laws for your safety. Stay Safe!

We (Ben and Kat) are usually available by phone if you have any questions at all. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. We want you to enjoy your stay as much as absolutely possible!

Broad Ripple is roughly 30 Minutes to the airport, and 20 minutes to downtown Indy. The convenient and popular Redline rapid transit bus system will take you from Broad Ripple to downtown and back along College Avenue. We also provide a couple of cruiser bikes you can use and there is the Monon Trail less than a block away for miles miles of riding!

Something to note: Our home is an older bungalow with original hardwood flooring that does make some noise when walking around. While most find this a charming characteristic of the home, we have had a guest mention this to us so we want to make sure everyone knows before booking!
