"Whenever I arrive at Incheon Airport, this is the hotel I always use. The staff are not just kind — they are professionally kind, with a level of service that feels truly polished. "This is our second time visiting Korea this year, and this time we decided to explore Incheon a little before heading to Seoul. The hotel is located near a beach, less than 10 min walk, with many restaurants. We enjoyed grilled seafood!
The hotel staff were so nice & helpful, and the room was spacious, clean, and beautiful with 2 king beds which was so nice for our family of four to sleep comfortably. Although we didn’t get to use it, hotel has an infinity pool. "

"I had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Air Relax. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was great — just a short walk from the train station. It’s about an hour train ride to the center of Seoul, and I’d definitely recommend taking the train rather than an Uber, as driving can take much longer due to traffic and costs a lot more.
