"The hotel is good overall, simple but ok. The ac works ok , the amenties are nice and clean and the pool is great. Location is very good . The food is not the best , and breakfast also not the best . The only weird thing is that , they do not offer water - even tho is 3000 degrees and the only free water is at breakfast - The water is made in mud filter - which is very healthy yes … but the water taste like … MUDD. when the guest service person asked us during breakfast if we had any criticism and we mentioned the above, she looked at me and my fiancé and said - well maybe you both do not like healthy things - which was pretty rude and bizarre . Totally tone deaf . "

"Porta do banheiro com fechadura quebrada, tampa do vaso sanitário solta, ralo entupindo e soltando a tampa. Lazer das crianças sendo desmarcado. Equipe de lazer sem ação, sem entusiamo para fazer as atividades. Com exceção dos tios da terça à tarde que foi ótima. Já tinha ido ao hotel em 2022, retorne agora em 2026 e ache muito diferente da qualidade."
