Custo benefício não vale a pena.

Pelo valor cobrado, deveria ser muito melhor o nível do serviço e principalmente atendimento , que praticamente não existiu. Quando chegamos na pousada, ninguém explica nada sobre nada, não passa senha de internet, não fala sobre o chuveiro. Somente entregam uma ficha para preenchermos e a chave do quarto. nem sei se lá é vendido algo para deixarmos na geladeira do quarto, pois não foi explicado nem oferecido. O chuveiro é o ponto alto da estadia, água forte e quentinha. Wi-Fi só funcionou em um canto do banheiro, então quem precisar trabalhar em algum momento durante a estadia, não conte com o wi-fi da pousada. Cama de casal na verdade são duas camas de solteiro juntas, e você dorme com um pau no meio das camas. A Ilha Grande estava com falta de luz, daí a pousada somente liga o gerador após 18:00, ou seja, durante o dia, nada de energia, mesmo existindo um gerador na pousada (!). Café da manhã bem básico, com poucas opções de pães ou bolos.

Boa, mas pode melhorar

A Dona Francisca muito prestativa conosco. A Pousada é simples e rústica como a Ilha Grande. O pior foi o colchão cheio de “nó” que deixa nossas costas doloridas. O ar condicionado que não esfria e faz um barulho que mais parece um helicóptero. Café da manhã atendeu nossas expectativas, nada de especial.

Hôtel pratique, très bien situé. Check in rapide et très sympa. Chambre propre et petit balcon. Très bon petit déjeuner. Le seul hic, le bar de l'autre côté de la rue ouvert jusqu'à 5h30 du matin, très bruyant. Demander une chambre qui. Ne donne pas sur la rue

Razoável. Infelizmente a energia no local, parece insuficiente para atender a todos. O aparelho de ar condicionado desliga constantemente, o ventilador muito barulhento, vazamento de água na pia do banheiro, o atendimento é pífio. Na pousada faltam informações a respeito da localidade como: trasportes, passeios, restaurantes etc... Parece que precisam de uma orientação mais ampla sobre turismo.

Boa Pousada!

A Pousada é simples, mas agradável. Funcionários simpáticos, café da manhã básico. Boa localização, bem próximo dos restaurantes e do píer. A pousada tem dois andares, então se tiver muiita bagagem, dê preferência aos quartos do térreo!

Quase 400 a diária por um dos piores estabelecimentos do aplicativo que já estive. A cama era pequena e desconfortável. Cortinas não fechavam completamente deixando todo o sol da manhã entrar. Ar condicionado extremamente barulhento e a luz ficava caindo o tempo todo. O chuveiro era a gás porém só saia água no círculo de fora, sem água no meio. Staff do dia (Ezequiel) muito prestativo d educado e café da manhã bom.

Bom custo benefício

Segunda vez que retornamos à pousada, que achamos ser um bom custo benefício para Ilha Grande e uma boa opção. Os pontos fortes são a limpeza, a localização, o atendimento, os funcionários, o café da manhã e a estrutura geral da pousada. Ponto ruim é o barulho da rua a noite em frente. Ponto a melhorar seria a decoração em geral que já está antiga e o cobertor que havia no quarto estava com cheiro de mofo, inutilizável.

Só tenho a agradecer a Expedia pelo serviço prestado; Apesar do transtorno inicial causado pelo Hostel BLUE Lagoon que não assumiu com a hospedagem reservada a EXPEDIA interviu efetuando a reserva para a POUSADA PARAÍSO mantendo as caracteristicas contratada sem custos adicionais; Ótima pousada, limpa e muito bem localizada.
