The hotel was great and comfortable. The free breakfast and free parking was super convenient too- I didn't realize both were free. The amenities were very nice. I would stay again!

The floor I was on and room smelt like cigarette smoke for some reason, had to turn on the humidifier to clean the air in my room. Other than that it’s a nice setting, decent room space, and great staff

Lobby staff was so efficient to prepare all the key cards in advance in the individual envelope. It is wonderful and the luggage’s that we deposited for the one day trip were set into the room when we come back. Well done.

Staff was really helpful about ferry schedule to nearby Islands and bus schedule to nearby beaches. They made a lot of helpful suggestions and everything was very smooth. They were probably the most helpful hotel staff we experienced in Japan, and we enjoyed talking with them. We tried the breakfast in the cafe one day and it was good. Would absolutely stay there again.

Had an enjoyable stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in and check-out process were very smooth with the kiosks and staff was available if I needed any assistance. Loved the public bath and the amenities. Everything was clean and service was great. Was never disturbed and any service was done quickly! Highly recommend! I would definitely consider continuing staying at a Dormy property in any future trips to Japan

We stayed for four days and had a very enjoyable visit. We booked a double room, which was slightly on the small side, but it was very comfortable and had a wonderful view of the city. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the outdoor hot baths were a real treat. The free shuttle bus to and from the station, which takes around 20 minutes, was really helpful. The staff was helpful and kind right as we entered the lobby. When for a recommendations for dinner they not only made reservations on our behalf, they wanted to make sure we got there and went out of their way to give us a photo of the place and drew a detailed map for us. The onsen was wonderfull. They had everything one could wish for. 3 bathes: outdoorish, indoor hot and indoor cold. They had all the creams and soaps one could need.
