"We had a great stay. Steve was a great host, greeted us, showed us around. We were in town for a wedding near by.The views are beautiful. The casita is adorable and has everything you need. We would stay again and recommend it to friends. "

"More like YUCK Hotel. Many of the features described were not represented. We had a hard time sleeping with the people living across the street blasting music, no wifi, and pretty much no amenities (hair dryer, cups, soap) or communication. We still have not heard back from the Apek Rentals regarding wifi or refund. We agree with the other reviews and guests staying when we did. The whole experience was creepy and weird. "

"The casita is beautiful, private, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. We had the best time and will absolutely stay again! Hosts were super helpful and easy to get ahold of. They worked with us to customize our stay and took great care of us. Thank you!!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ken’s million dollar house. The room, while small, has everything you need. The location is perfect—close to 2 great golf courses and a short drive or bike ride into downtown Palm Springs. The outdoor amenities are picture perfect. Our Host is amazing. He thought through all the details for a 5 star experience, including special daily treats for us. Thank you!!"

"The studio is simply furnished but had everything we needed. The kitchen is basic and since we didn't plan to cook we were satisfied. If you plan to cook, plan to bring all the condiments you will need. Robert was amazingly responsive to any question or request we had. He was an excellent host. We would definitely stay in the Splash House again."
