"The staff and employees are one of the best i see in my 25 years of traveling at the LHW and Relais Chateau Hotels all over the world. But unfortunately the shower not existing only a tab and that very small is hard to give the Hotel 5 stars. Also not having a Restaurant on location during summer is not good "

A notre arrivée la personne qui nous a accueillis (très aimable) ne semblait pas nous attendre.

"Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "
"This is really one of the worst places i have ever been. Poorly managed, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, terrible communication. I find it shocking that a property like this can exist and be offered on Expedia. Strongly recommend delisting from the platform and for people looking at it to avoid at any cost. "

"From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff were not only professional but genuinely warm and attentive—nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The chalet lounge was an absolute delight: rustic charm meets modern comfort, with plush seating, a crackling fireplace, and an inviting ambiance that made it hard to leave. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully designed, and the private balcony offered breathtaking panoramic views that changed beautifully with the light throughout the day. A truly memorable stay.

"Amazing stag at Les Monts d'Arbois. Service was great especially the shuttles to go the nearby ski lift or city center. The swimming pool is beautiful and great after a ski session. The hotel is very kid friendly and they loved the kids club room. The room (suite Edmond) is large and nicely decorates with a modern twist on the chalet style."
