"The staff was excellent. Special attention needs to be given to Oshawa at the front desk who was truly exceptional. She was professional and thoughtful and provided tremendous customer service. She is truly a gem, and is worthy of recognition."

"Staff was just ok. Knew water filling stationed needed to be refilled and did not do it. Saw plenty of used items (glasses and napkins) that were not cleaned up. Also thought paying for parking was unnecessary."

"I could not stay in this room. It was horrible and did not match the photos on the website. It was clean but extremely run down, the carpets where stained so bad they looked almost black. I had to book another hotel since I could not sleep at this location. The staff was nice though."
