「The Palacio is a magnificent property just in the middle of all the happening. The rooms have kitchenette which is well equipped. We stayed at Alfonso XIII which is incredibly beautiful. Daria who helped us with check in and introduction is so thorough and kind without enough words to describe.」
「Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Es ist sauber und sehr gut gelegen, alles war fußläufig oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Die Besitzer waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir hatten kurz vor Abreise das Problem, dass sich unser Safe nicht mehr öffnen lies. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit wurde uns geholfen und wir konnten wie geplant abreisen. Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal für euren Einsatz. 」
「There is no lobby or face to face check-in, but check-in went as described and smoothly. Room was large, clean, and very nice. A/C worked and shower was good. Bed mattress was good. I stayed two nights and (automatically?) got full maid service both nights! In room refrigerator worked in the beginning but not as cold as I would have liked. Morning of check-out, it appears it may have died. My room was surprising quiet. I never heard or saw another guest (but the place was sold out) and the...

「Lovely weekend, apt great everything we needed. Two down sides. 1 noise from the street and the staircase didn't have a handrail although there was a small lift. I believe this is a health and safety issue.

「Vi köpte en billig hotell natt i Alicante för att utforska stan lite närmare. Vil5 har ett utmärkt läge i gamla stan nära till restauranger, barer, museum och hissen som tar dig upp till borgen på berget. VIL5 är obemannat men all service finns i hotellet tvärs över gatan, där sker även incheckning och frukost. Frukost kostade 10.50 euro, den var rätt så standard men helt ok. Frukosten serverades på takvåningen med en fin utsikt över borgen och stan. Ute terrassen var inte öppen under frukosten...
「Really good location and view - apartment had everything you would need and was spacious. Staff contact by WhatsApp and phone worked well and we had no issues. The apartment was in the old part of town (on the hill to castle) and on the 3rd floor so great for us who travel light and are keen to get those steps in ..but not for people with accessibility requirements and lots of luggage -highly recommend」
