"The HVAC system is under renovation and the rooms didn’t seem to cool off good. The pool was closed for maintenance for several days. Someone doesn’t automatically clean the room/change towels you have to request at the front desk."

"Stay was very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was on point also. Originally booked earlier this year in February for July and had to rebook for August due to a reschedule. Pool was closed in February and was still closed during our August stay. Other than that 👍"

"Overall, a great stay. I do wish the upstairs had better air conditioning, and there is a soil ant issue in the kitchen. Nothing terrible, but two things that would make the stay even better. Great hosts and a good property."

"The house was very clean and well stocked with paper products and plenty of towels. It is very close to both the Rockhouse and Devil Anse trailheads. We enjoyed sitting outside, and the house has porches on the front and back. It provided a great spot for us to cook and relax after riding all day."

"Great private and quiet location! You can access Ivy Branch & Big Coal River Hatfield & McCoy trails by driving straight from the property. Convenient location to Danville where you will find a grocery store, restaurants, gas, etc. The driveway is big enough for 2 vehicles with trailers. You will want 4WD coming up the driveway so you don’t throw gravel. Owner is very responsive and provided great info on the area. Will definitely stay here again."
