4/10 Poor

"Breakfast was sparse and the focus was vending machines. Clientele was very questionable. Felt like I was surrounded by inmates with my head on a swivel. The room was nice sizes and clean with small kitchen; however, drawers and cabinets were empty with no dishes, cookware, nothing. Will not risk staying there again."

"They require cash and credit card for deposit if your local. I was getting a room due to remodeling in my home. I made the reservation not knowing their property requirements. I showed up with my ID and credit card to check in and was told of the additional deposit of $300 cash. Not understanding exactly what he sd i ran my card and he handed my ID back and then request the cash. I was surprised "you mean actual cash" he sd "yeah, there is an ATM down the street". I then asked why he told me they used to not rent to locals at all. I refused to go off property and pull cash when I provided a credit card with $2k available. They also have a no cancelation clause so they can keep your money if you don't play their games. They refused to answer when the corporate office called as well as Orbitz. AVOID THIS PROPERTY."

"Everything thing was great with one exception. The motel is pet friendly and they try to people with pets on the first floor. Our room was on the fourth floor and apparently someone had snuck a cat into the room and it urinated in the ac/heater register. So when the fan came on the smell was horrible. I reported it to the front desk and they offed to give us another room but my wife was already in bed. They also offered other comps but we normally stay in a different hotel chain."
