"The room was clean but it was small. You had to turn sideways to walk between the bed and the wall to get to the bathroom. The bathroom was half the size of the room. There are no chairs to sit in inside the room. Outside the room they have restaurant style booths to sit in. We were on the 2nd floor and when you get off the elevator and look up, some of the ceiling has fallen off. It did have a covered parking area for cars only. The young girl that worked the overnight shift on February 27th 2026 was amazing and very nice. There was an older man filming inside the garage and inside the hotel. I didn’t want to be filmed and had to kindly ask him to point it away as I was coming down the stairs to check out. It’s a good hotel to just sleep in. But if you want to hang in your room or get take out to eat in there well there is no where to sit if you want privacy."

"My husband, fur babies, and I all love A Hasty Getaway. The cabin is always so welcoming and the host is so sweet and easy to work with! We were not able to make it for our scheduled weekend in January due to the weather and Laura graciously let us reschedule into February with no questions asked or worries. We’ve stayed here multiple times and look forward to our next trip. We love that our fur babies are welcomed and the fenced yard makes it so easy to have them there. "

"The host, Trent was very patient with us in some of the details of operating the fireplace and temperature of rooms. The unit was very nice and all we expected, The view was beautifull as well as the sunrises and sunsets. Was a little hard to find unit when is is dark and you don't have tenths of miles on odometer. "We’ve traveled to many places over the years, and this was one of the best cabins we’ve stayed in. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful and well cared for. The wrap-around porch overlooking the Ozark Mountains was a highlight and made it easy to relax right away.We loved being able to cook our own meals—the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked, well organized, and had everything we needed. The water was hot, everything was spotless, and the whole cabin felt comfortable and inviting. The game room upstairs was a wonderful space for our child, and the Pac-Man was a fun surprise. Evenings by the fireplace with the movie selection made it easy to slow down and enjoy time together.The drive in was part of the adventure and added to the charm of the stay. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub this visit, but that just gives us something to look forward to when we return. Thank you for the beautiful view and for making this such a special place to celebrate my birthday this week. We’re very grateful for our stay.We even left a small unopened container of ice cream in the freezer as a simple thank-you."
