「Clean, comfortable well presented room. No food facilities on site but a microwave, kettle and toaster was provided. All crockery and cutlery was available together with a decently sized kitchen sink. The en-suite was adequate with an electric shower, toilet and sink. We will stay at the Falcons Nest next time we are in the area. 」

「The room was good for our need and as a studio apt it was very well equipped. Bedding and towels very clean but room needed some extra cleaning in corners and shower plug and bathroom fan definitely in need of a good clean. Location very central for Ramsey but entrance their archway very tight」

「I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. It completely wrecked the evening which was the celebration of my wife's 70th Birthday. Our first night was a nightmare with no ability for us and our guests to have shower for two full days even...

「Perfect stay. Great for anyone working or wanting to have a break away. All amenities are very local and has been done to a high standard within the apartments. Will be naking this my monthly stop when i have been office weeks 」
