This unique home is specially designed to provide visitors an all inclusive destination that offers every amenity imaginable to the discerning traveler. The beach is below the home and is a short walk down the street. The newly installed massive 30kw generator is unique, in that it is large enough to power the property without the inconvenience of needing to alternate home power usage during outages, which is a major limitation for smaller generators. This recent generator capacity upgrade ensures that the pool and jacuzzi remain pristine during outages.


Beautifully landscaped grounds welcome your arrival. Upon entering the foyer, guests are greeted by the dramatic view of the ocean seen through the floor to ceiling window accompanied by a comfortable sitting area perfect for relaxing. In the event work happens to call, next to the foyer is an office with wet bar; furnished private balcony; and half bath. Also adjoining the foyer are the dining room; living room; and kitchen.


Cooking is a family event at our home, and no expense has been spared in appointing the kitchen and adjoining living area so that they function as one large open space. The kitchen features high end appliances including an oven; convection microwave oven; side by side refrigerator with bottom freezer and ice maker; stainless steel dishwasher; and barista-grade espresso maker. A large high definition television perched in the living room is viewable from both rooms, and a cooking island with stools adjoins the two rooms so the chef is always a part of the activity. Socializing flows seamlessly from inside to outside onto the large balcony overlooking the ocean. Imagine dining outside with a view of the ocean waves or a full moon illuminating the water. The fully furnished balcony provides everything needed for relaxing and socializing.


A few steps from the balcony lies a tropical oasis overlooking the ocean. Listen to the ocean waves and running fountain feature while enjoying the pool with heated Jacuzzi.


How about a day of grilling, swimming and your favorite sporting events while gazing at the ocean? The custom built outdoor kitchen includes a professional grill; sink; and rest room for a complete outdoor experience.


Downstairs the media room offers an array of entertainment options. A 72 inch high definition television with home theater surround sound and available in the media room and living room via whole house wireless access points. Bring your own Netflix and YouTube. Behind the gaming loungers is a huge sofa on a raised platform providing convenient viewing and comfort for everyone. The media room also includes an old fashioned popcorn machine cart and a variety of family games.


The house includes six bedrooms, each of which is equipped with its own separate full bath. Each room in the house is climate controlled with its own individual air conditioner.  The master bedroom with furnished balcony overlooking the ocean offers a breathtaking view each morning. A specially designed master bedroom seating area with two comfortable lounging chairs is specially designed for guests to relax in
privacy. Each bedroom is appointed with its own unique theme. All bedrooms include a flat screen TV with satellite television.
