「First and foremost the property was not anything like the pictures provided. The photos showed a crisp new residence, we walked into a well used and abused rental. Not very clean, a lot of hack job maintenance. The beds were pretty bad, very hard, and what’s up with a 32” TV! Thankfully we came to see the sights and activities which were great. The people at the resort were all top notch, that’s why I am giving 4 stars. The amenities were great! The weather and scenery beautiful!」

「The first condo they gave us was nothing like the photos when I booked. The condo was old, furniture and appliances were old and damaged. We arrived late, so decided to sleep and address it in the morning. Next morning contacted the host by text and also went to front desk. I took pictures of our current condo and sent them to the host and showed them to the front desk and asked to be moved to the condo that I had booked as the one we received was NOT it. They immediately looked into it and...

「We had an incident involving people who entered the villa's patio and peered through the glass door while my wife and I were naked in the bedroom. We reported it to security, but they did NOTHING. I recommend not going there; if you do, exercise caution, as this seems to be a common practice among the maintenance staff.」
