「Great location and clean」

「Thoroughly enjoyed my stay of just over 2 weeks. All the staff were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Had a lovely top floor single room an nice skylight window. The Continental breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The Grab and Go breakfast was a good option too. The Italian Restaurant was great and open for lunch and dinner. 「Nice building but we were put on the top floor and we asked to move due to my mum being disabled (they don't have lifts) and the people in the room next to ours were noisy, the person we talked to was very nice and told us we could stay in another room on the ground floor. We entered the second room and walked through cobwebs! There were 6 spiders (that we saw) sitting all around the room, we ended up staying in our original room and deal with the pain. 「Good location」

「Mixed stay. When we arrived we had the premium room furtherest from reception and the key cards didn't work so we had to walk all the way back. The room was very hot making it uncomfortable to hang around in, especially since there was only a small fan. We also got woken up in the morning by housekeeping opening our door even though we had only stayed for one night and it was 3hrs before check out.
