"I have been staying at this hotel for years and I was very disappointed with this last visit. Our room was dirty. Tons of food crumbs on the balcony. Hairballs in the bathroom. Balcony sliding glass doors were so dirty we could not see out of them. Could only see the ocean with the balcony door open. ..."
