"Where do I start. First of all, the neighborhood is safe, very quiet, and friendly. The host was always available if I needed anything. Completely renovated, excellent like the photos. Nice park and playground right across the street. Location was perfect, right in the middle of Jacksonville and Swansboro, with a mini mart a mile down the road, they close at midnight fyi. Would 100% recommend and will be booking again on my next visit. -B.A.M."

"Overall the property was kept clean, we did request a new top sheet it had a spot on it and they brought fresh sheets immediately. The staff was friendly, courteous and polite. The food at the hotels restaurant was delicious, we split the Kraken and had little neck clams. So fresh! The outdoor tables overlooking the ocean were great! The atmosphere is a relaxed vibe. If you enjoy quiet serenity on a beautiful beach this is for you, very relaxing. The check in at 4 was busy, the staff handled it well, an earlier check in would be nice, but I understand the logistics of getting people in and out of rooms during a busy summer season. All in all we enjoyed a quiet layed back stay."
