Room very clean, ran by a lovely husband and wife, wife teaches English downstairs. Both very friendly, and always happy to see us. About a 10minute walk to the beach and restaurants all around. Would recommend.

The guest house is in a good location for the train station, bus routes and Hua Hin nightlife. The hosts speak excellent English and are extremely helpful. The rooms are basic but clean and functional. Definitely value for money.
