Our room looked clean but bare minimum amenities. Free breakfast consisted of make your own waffles and packaged cold breakfast sandwiches in the fridge. Old bread and bagels and a toaster that barely toasted. Cold cereal and old fruit. Front desk were at least friendly and helpful but would not stay here again.

Nice hotel!

This was a last minute booking and I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff were very friendly & helpful. One staff member even gave us croissants after breakfast had been put away.

This property opened in March of 2022, so everything is new and clean. My only dislike is the fitness center closes too early and they kick you out promptly at closing time.

Horrible experience. They charged us double. This hotel is nowhere near worth $300 per night. They took advantage that every hotel near the airport was booked due to the outage. The location of this hotel let’s not even talk about this. The staff was unprofessional

Enjoyed the stay

The hotel is about a year and a half old in August of 2023. Still in great condition. Well, one of our rooms didn’t have ac. The clerk advised us to unplug and plug back in but then quickly changed that to putting us in a different room. AC worked great and we were comfy, so was the rest of the family in their room. The breakfast could have used some variety as it was comprised of carbs only. However, not many hotels give a free breakfast anymore so it is not a complaint. I was just hoping for a few more items.

Desperation opportunist, Caution!!!

They booked the 2 rooms for me for tonights Early in the day. I messaged about it particular accommodations for my service animal. I also stopped looking for a room. Upon getting off work as a first responder during the hurricane, I had my children, my animals, and everyone home ready to go when I got off we loaded up. We moved over to the property and they were closed, They were still taking bookings, And no one has yet today to respond to any of my questions through the chat with the hotel. They also would not allow transfer to a different hotel in the same chain that was open and did have a room. I’ve yet received my money back or any communications. I spent that many many hours last minute finding something and I’ve had zero contact in regards to a follow up or an apology or my money…

I booked a room online and whenever I got there it wasn’t even ready I had to wait another 30 minutes for the room to get cleaned when I got the key to the room he then told me it was a handicapped room and once I got there the smaller shower didn’t work I only had one towel I had to stop housekeeping the next day to get more and she didn’t have any small ones so I had to use the medium size wants to be the width and then the toilet seat lid was broken and the toilet wouldn’t flush unless I took the little broken piece of the lid off and pulled the little string thingy myself and when I went downstairs to notify there was nobody there except a couple of females in the lobby that were loud and listening to terrible YouTube music

We arrived for our check-in time of 3pm. We were told that the hotel was completely booked the night before so no clean rooms were available for us to check in. We were tired and frustrated. I politely asked the front desk receptionist when will the rooms be available and she stated she did not know as the housekeeper has not reported to work yet and she should have been there at 7am. The manager was then notified of the the problem. When asked how we will be compensated for time loss and the inconvenience we were told per the manager nothing will be done because we booked on hotels.com. We decided to leave and came back at 6pm and the rooms were available for check-in. The room was descent. Breakfast was subpar. There was cereal but no milk. Bagels no cream cheese. There was no toilet paper and my mom had to purchase some at a nearby Walgreens. Nae and the other receptionist were great and did everything they could for us with what they had available. The problems we encountered were poor management issues. Hopefully if you decide to stay there you’ll have a better stay.

I was very pleased with this property. The rooms were very accommodating and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I I’ll be staying only at this facility from now on when I have to stay overnight in Crosby. I tried 2 others prior to Sleep Inn and hands down this one went over and above the others
