This apartment was just what we needed for appointments we had at MD Anderson. Close enough to walk. The only thing I wish it would have had was a nicer couch. We are tall and it’s a dorm size couch. Everything else was just what we needed.

This property was not as advertised online.The ad said Queen bed, murphy bed and sleeper sofa. There actually was a queen bed a cot and a small couch that looked like a bed that went in a toddler room. It was about 2 1/2 feet wide w/ no way an adult or teenager could sleep on it. We walked out to check out the pool. lt was green and closed. I immediately contacted the host to tell them of the issues and let them know that we would need to cancel the stay. The host did not speak english and put a daughter on the line to interpret. As I voiced my concerns to her all I could hear was him screaming in spanish in the background. She explained to me that there were places for three people to sleep and to put two of us in the queen bed. She also said that it was not their fault that the pool was green and closed. I asked them to do the right thing and refund my money so that we could leave.She said she would call me back. I waited for almost an hour with no call back. I finally called her again and she text me that he would resolve the issue. I text back to ask if that meant he was refunding me but no response. We then took pictures to verify that we had not bothered anything in the property and left. The next day I checked my account but no refund. I text her again and she resonded that if was thier responsibility to refund my money. When I returned home I contacted VRBO and they said they could not help me. At this point I am very dissapointed with the host as well as VB
