Thank you for your interest in our listing! Welcome to this centrally located home, thoughtfully designed for your comfort. Perfect for families or groups, you're just minutes from the Medical District, Rice University, University of Houston, Baylor Medical Center, NRG Stadium, Downtown, and more. The home features three cozy bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with pull-out full-size Serta beds, also serving as a functional workspace. The house is fully fenced and accessed via automated gate.

The home was lovely and very clean. The sheets & towels all smelled clean & fresh. The location was also great for the activities we had planned in Houston. The only glitch was the temperature control in the master bathroom. Perhaps more detailed instructions of how to maneuver the handle for hot water would be helpful for the next guest.

We only stayed one night, but it was refreshing to walk into a beautiful, spacious apartment after a long day of travel. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen very clean. Plenty of seating in the living/dining area, plus a bonus room with couch and workspace. We appreciated the proximity to both Hobby airport and Daikin Park/downtown. It was nice to have a securely gated property (for our dogs) and the motion detector lights out front. Awesome to have laundry in the unit. We also loved the decor and the amenities (large TVs in both bedrooms and in the main living space). Cute little parks nearby too. The host was quick to reply the week of our stay and courteously answered our questions with thoughtful responses. The only thing to note is that it's a shared property, so there were tenants above us and behind us, and we could hear a lot of coming/going. As long as you understand apartment/condo living, it's nothing to worry about. Overall we had a really nice stay and wish we could have been in town longer to really enjoy the place! Would rent again!
