"Clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. "

"Room was clean and comfortable, however the toilet kept backing up throughout our stay(6th floor). The guest laundry was convenient. The breakfast was an additional charge and didn’t seem to be stocked enough for me to want to fork up the $16 for the “buffet”, not to mention the false advertising for lattes and specialty coffees that I was hoping to enjoy. When having to resort to the restroom downstairs it was not well stocked and I had to use face tissues to dry my hands. The staff wasn’t openly pleasant, nor very talkative. They seemed kind of bothered to have a conversation . It was very busy during the day with the meeting rooms which I’m sure they’re best known for. As for the gym , I considered using it but I decided against it, but I’m sure those who rely on it for their exercise do enjoy it. I preferred the nice walks outside and it was at least pretty to look at. Also the restaurant nearby wasn’t the best , but up the road was some better options for dining and good coffee. Get what you pay for, probably won’t return. "

"The staff and hotel was great.But I booked for a king suite and they gave me a Queen instead.. The only complaint I would have about the room was the bathrooms. The way you have them next to the bathtubs. Also with a toilet holder right next to it. If you're a bigger person doesn't work."

"This was one of the most carefully and well-equipped VRBOs I've stayed at. I cooked a lot and virtually every spice, condiment and cooking utensil I could have wanted was there. The towels and amenities in the bathroom were high quality and plentiful. The views of the Colorado front range are stunning because the house is at the very edge of a large subdivision and sight lines are unimpeded. We were there for a week in the winter, so didn't get to enjoy the beautiful patio.The pull-out futon in the living area is really only suitable for a child, but the two bedrooms are beautiful with great linens and tasteful decor. I drew the short straw and didn't have a bedroom so I slept on the couch, which was surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely stay at Ryan and Matt's again if there were only two beds needed. "
