「We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided.」

「At the last minute (day before) my accommodation was cancelled & I was given 2 alternative options, given the lateness I opted for one, it was good, but the instructions to enter underground car park & accommodation was extremely very poor, resulting in me getting very stressed & having to phone the letting agent, wasn't happy at all, they apologised & said they'd get back to me, after they read the instructions of an email I got, still awaiting their reply.
