"Technically, they are correct in advertising a free breakfast but Froot Loops and waffles without syrup are really poor choices. The water in the shower took over five minutes to get warm and the shower door was broken. Additionally, the shower floor was moldy, and the toilet seat had many scratches. The bed was comfortable, and the AC kept the wrong quite cool. I did not try the coffee machine or the microwave. The refrigerator worked fine."

"Upon arrival they could not give us a room key. The machine was down. There was a crowd of people (about 20) waiting to be let into their rooms manually. When staff was asked what do we do if we want to leave and get food or whatever, we were met with attitude and told you'll just have to wait to be let back in when we have time. The room was cleanish, floors were nasty. The mini fridge door shelves had a piece of twisted wire instead of a bar to keep drinks or whatever in. The microwave did not have the plate inside it, only the "rack on wheels" that holds the plate. I did attempt to pop some popcorn, but it was a no go. The TV was tempermental, it may or may not work. People hung out at all hours of the night outside the door on the walkway. The best part, We came back from the funeral to a racoon sitting on the steps eating a biscuit. I pulled out my gun and backed away. It turned and saw me and ran to the top of the steps. I made it to the top and it was still there. I'm glad it ran away from me instead of towards me, I really didn't want to have to shoot it. It was not at all a good experience at all. We chose this place because my husband stayed there for work one time when he had to go down for storm damage. It was not the same place at all, it went downhill tremendously. "

"Nice hotel - probably the most expensive in the area and I stay here frequently. Even though the televisions are connected wrong in the one bedroom suites - which is incredibly stupid! But last night there were drunks fighting in the hall and slamming doors on the 4th floor after midnight. Called the desk and there is no security for the hotel - one woman on duty, alone. She said I could call the police. A place with $300 rooms should provide security, and I will not stay there again."
