The Space:

Designed for relaxed indoor-outdoor living, this two-bedroom home puts a private swimming pool and tropical surroundings at the center of the stay.



Inside, the bright living and dining area features high wood ceilings and large windows and doors connecting the interior with the surrounding greenery. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, WiFi, and a TV provide everyday comfort.



The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, along with an adjoining dining area.



Both bedrooms feature king beds, making the home particularly comfortable for two couples as well as a small family. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and outdoor shower, adding privacy and a connection to the tropical setting.



Outside, spend the day beside the private swimming pool or relax among the landscaped grounds. Outdoor seating and a BBQ grill provide additional space for meals and downtime outside.



Guests also have access to the community Beach Club, approximately a five-minute drive from the home, with beach access and a shared beachfront swimming pool.

The home is located within Red Rock, formerly known as The Reserve / Sanctuary Bay, a residential development in Belize’s Stann Creek District. Tropical surroundings and a quieter setting make it a good choice for guests who prefer staying away from busier town centers while remaining within driving distance of the region’s coastal and inland attractions.



Hopkins is also within driving distance for restaurants, shops, and exploring the surrounding area.



Getting Around:

A rental vehicle is strongly recommended for staying at Red Rock and exploring the surrounding region. Some roads within the development are unpaved, and a 4x4 vehicle is recommended during the rainy season from July through November. Detailed arrival directions will be provided before check-in.



Other Things to Note:

- Dogs are welcome.

- WiFi is suitable for basic use but is not recommended for remote work or activities requiring a consistently strong connection.

- The community Beach Club and beachfront pool are shared amenities approximately a five-minute drive from the home.

- A starter supply of basic household essentials is provided.
