Designed for up to six guests, it pairs open-plan living and covered outdoor spaces with a comfortable base for exploring Stann Creek.



The Space:

Waimea offers a spacious, private-feeling retreat surrounded by mature tropical vegetation. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and room for up to six guests, it’s well suited to families, friends, and guests traveling with a dog.



The open-plan living area brings the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces together beneath high ceilings. Comfortable seating, a TV, and large windows create an easy place to unwind while taking in the surrounding greenery.



The kitchen opens directly to the living area and is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Counter seating and a dining table provide flexible space for meals.



The three bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to six guests, with two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom. The home also has three full bathrooms.



Covered outdoor spaces provide room to relax outside, while a dedicated BBQ area offers a convenient setting for casual meals surrounded by mature trees and tropical landscaping. An elevated covered balcony overlooks the surrounding greenery.



Guests also have access to the development’s shared Beach Club and swimming pool, approximately a five-minute drive from the home.



A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays. Internet/data service is limited and should not be relied upon for remote work.

Waimea is located within Red Rock, formerly known as The Reserve / Sanctuary Bay, in Belize’s Stann Creek District, surrounded by mature tropical vegetation in a secluded, rural setting.



The location provides a base for exploring the wider Stann Creek region, including Hopkins, Dangriga, and other nearby destinations, while offering a quieter setting away from town.



Getting Around:

A rental vehicle is recommended for this location. Portions of the route within the development are unpaved, and a 4WD vehicle is recommended during the rainy season from July through November. Guests should follow the detailed arrival directions provided before check-in rather than routing via the Coastal Highway.

- Internet/data service is limited and is not suitable for remote work.
